DIE-CUTTING

Thanks to these two automated equipments, which are different for cardboard format to be used, it is possible to cut solid and corrugated cardboard. In fact Die-cut machine is a sort of press, that allows to imprint onto cardboard the shape of the Die, previously prepared by the operator.
Sharp specially-shaped blades are used in the cutting process. The blade is bent into a desired shape and mounted to a strong backing. The results is known as Die. The material being cut is places on a flat surface with a supportive backing and the Die is pressed onto the material to cut it.

Throughout a rotary system a transparent film is placed on the window. This operation permits to produce a particular packaging that allows the purchaser to see the product from the outside.
